Grace Poeschl

President

Grace Poeschl is a sophomore majoring in Kinesiology at Iowa State. In Delta Gamma she formerly held the position of Director of Interfraternal Activities. Outside of Delta Gamma she has served in many leadership roles. She is a former VP of Council Development for Emerging Fraternal Leadership Council, helped orchestrate ISU's Homecoming, and was a University Honors Program Freshman Honors Leader. During her freshman year she was also an active member of the Presidential Leadership Class that was facilitated by the President of Iowa State University, Wendy Wintersteen, and her husband, Robert Waggoner. When going through recruitment, she fell in love with Delta Gamma because of the honest and genuine conversations she had with the members. Now in her second year of membership her love of the chapter and the women in it continues to grow. During her presidency her goals include the continued development of the Eta Psi chapter, to further improve scholarship, and to help give her sisters the tools they need to help them have the best success during their collegiate journey.

Abby Lefler

vp: social standards

Abby Lefler is a freshman majoring in Communication Studies. Outside of Delta Gamma, Abby works closely with Special Olympics. Abby has not previously held any other positions in the house, but is very excited to start her leadership journey in Eta Psi by being vp of social standards. Abby’s favorite thing about Delta Gamma is how friendly and easy to talk to everyone is. Her favorite memory so far is Bid Day and celebrating joining the chapter with her new sisters.

Taylor Larner

vp: finance

Taylor Larner is a sophomore majoring in Accounting. Outside of Delta Gamma, Taylor is involved in Beta Alpha Psi, Salt Company, and serves as the treasurer for the an Iowa State University club, Collegiate Women in Business. Taylor’s favorite thing about being a Delta Gamma is getting to know women in the chapter that she would have never had the opportunity to meet outside of DG. She is excited to grow in her leadership skills along some of her best friends on the Chapter Management Team, and help continue to better the chapter!

Ashley Yovanoff

vp: communications

Ashley Yovanoff is a sophomore majoring in Event Management with a focus in Sports Management. Ashley formally held the position of Director of Points and was a Collegiate Board Member where she discussed collegiate issues with other Delta Gamma’s and Executive Officers. Outside of Delta Gamma, Ashley was the treasurer for the Event Management Club and is now a current member and serves as a Peer Mentor for the transfer students in Event Management. She is also a Premium Services and Special Events Intern for Iowa State Athletics where she helps manage premium spaces on game days and coordinates special events for the athletics department. Ashley fell in love with Delta Gamma through the relationships she made during primary recruitment. Service for Sight, Delta Gamma’s service foundation, also stuck out to Ashley as a great way to serve others and simply, Do Good. Her favorite memory at Delta Gamma so far is living in the house. She has grown closer with the members in her pledge class and has created life-long friendships with these ladies.

Claire Maguire

Claire Maguire is a junior studying Communications and Psychology with a minor in English. Claire previously held the positions of Director is Sisterhoods, Greek Week Polar Bear Plunge Co-Chair, and Homecoming Community Service Co-Chair. Claire’s favorite thing about Delta Gamma is how close and supportive the other members are. She knows that she can turn to anyone and feel more than welcomed. Her favorite memory in DG is the first week after moving into the house her sophomore year. Everyone living in was so excited to be living together and it felt like a huge sleepover. Claire is very excited to serve at the vp of programming and can’t wait to see what this term brings.

Izzy Elwood

Izzy Elwood is a junior majoring in Psychology and Sociology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. She was previously the Director of Recruitment Records. Outside of Delta Gamma, Izzy is involved in the Psychology Club, Network Against Human Trafficking, and is a Technology Consultant for the INAHT. Izzy’s favorite things about Delta Gamma is Article II, the mission for Delta Gamma’s across the nation, the symbol of hope, doing good, and what Delta Gamma stands for as a whole. Her favorite memory in DG are the weeks of primary recruitment and preparation week for primary recruitment. She has had a blast wearing costumes for funny dress up themes and running to central campus to meet the new members.

Grace Pearson

Grace Pearson is a sophomore majoring in Marketing and Management and will earn a certificate in Sales. Outside of Delta Gamma, Grace is involved in the Ivy College of Business Honors Program, Is a Business Learning Team Peer Mentor, and on the Emerging Fraternal Leadership Council for the greek community. Grace’s favorite memory is being a Yell Like Hell Co-Chair and helping take Delta Gamma, Farm House Fraternity, and Theta Chi Fraternity to the finals! Grace has always loved performing and had a great experience being on the other side of things!

Katie Kroehnke

Katie Kroehnke is a sophomore majoring in Human Development and Family Sciences. Outside of Delta Gamma, Katie is a member of Dance Marathon and has worked with the YMCA Organization. Katie previously held the position of Alternate Panhellenic Delegate and is very excited to be the next vp of panhellenic! Katie’s favorite thing about Delta Gamma has been the friendships she’s made and the opportunities she’s been given. From these opportunities, Katie has been able to further develop her leadership skills and take a step outside of her comfort zone! A couple of her favorite memories include bid days, big/little reveals, and participating in Greek Week.

Kassidy Horn

Kassidy Horn is a sophomore majoring in Kinesiology and is planning to become a physical therapist. Kassidy had previously held the position for Director of Fundraising. Outside of Delta Gamma, she stays involved on campus at an at-large member of the CHS Council, attends Kinesiology and Health Club meetings, and is a member of Dance Marathon. Kassidy was immediately drawn to Delta Gamma because of the motto “Do Good.” Her favorite part of DG is the ability to make a difference in the lives of others while building lifelong friendships along the way. Kassidy is very passionate about Service for Sight and can’t wait to see what Eta Psi can accomplish this year!
